The above rates apply only for sedans. These rates do not include $10.00 meet and greet charge, waiting time, or any stops. Phone calls, tolls, parking, 20% service charge, and a 5% admin fee are added to all rates. Additional stops - when not in route, please call our office. For all hourly vehicles all trips are charged from garage to garage. Billing begins when the vehicle leaves the garage (using midtown Manhattan as the garage location.) There is a minimum of ½ hour garage time at the beginning and end of each trip when trip occurs in Manhattan.

EXCEPTIONS

The above airport rates do not apply on major holidays, catastrophic events or during severe weather conditions. In the events mentioned above all the vehicles are billed hourly from the time the vehicles leave the garage. Using midtown Manhattan as the garage location.

AIRPORT CONCIERGE SERVICE

Airport concierge service is $75 per representative. Meet at JFK, LGA and EWR. Add an additional $15 for international custom meets. Representative concierge service is available at the above rates from 6:00 am to 10 pm 7 days a week.

CHANGES AND UPDATES

It is your responsibility to inform our dispatchers of any changes or updates to any reservation. Example: missed a flight, changed flight information or change a pick up address. For your convenience, we have now enabled the option for you to modify and make your own changes through our on-line Web Res feature as well as entering your reservations. Once you sign up, it is a simple procedure. If you prefer, you can always call and make your changes and updates directly with our customer service specialists. A live operator is available 24 hours 7 days a week to assist you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations must be cancelled 2 hours prior to pick up time in New York City and 3 hours prior for an out of town reservation. A $55.00 minimum or more will be applied for a NYC pick up and full fare will apply for an out of town pick up. **Out of Sate/Nationwide cancellation policy, please contact our office.

** You must obtain a cancellation number or you will be charged the full fare. ** **

No cancellations will be accepted after 11:00pm for an early morning pick up that will occur the next morning. Any cancellations after this time will be charged at full fare. **

Any pick up that occurs from 12 am until 5 am will be billed at $55 per hour at a 2 hour minimum in NYC and 1 1/2 hours for the boroughs.
