The above rates apply only for sedans. These rates do not include $10.00 meet and greet fee,
wait time, stops, tolls, parking, 25% service fee and tax when applicable. 
For additional stops - when not in route, please call our office for pricing.
For all hourly vehicles all trips are charged from garage to garage. Billing begins when the vehicle
leaves the garage (using midtown Manhattan as the garage location.) There is a minimum of ½
hour garage time at the beginning and end of each trip when trip occurs in Manhattan.

HOURLY MINIMUMS AND CHARGES

HOURLY CHARGES

The calculation of charges starts when the vehicle is dispatched from the garage (refer to Travel Time). All rates are subject to a standard twenty (20%) percent gratuity for the chauffeur and a thirteen (13%) percent Administration Fee (ADM), and a six (6%) percent fuel surcharge. All jobs are subject to parking, tolls, and applicable sales tax, and or any additional charges, which may be incurred during the course of the job. *Set up fees are applicable for Stretch Limousines.

AIRPORT TRANSFER RATES

All rates are subject to a standard twenty (20%) percent gratuity for the chauffeur and a thirteen (13%) percent Administration Fee (ADM), and a six (6%) percent fuel surcharge. All jobs are subject to parking, tolls, and applicable sales tax, and or any additional charges, which may be incurred during the course of the job. *Set up fees are applicable for Stretch Limousines.

TRAVEL TIME

All hourly trips are charged from portal to portal. There is a minimum 30 minute travel time to and from all pick up and drop off locations unless otherwise specified by location.

CANCELLATIONS

Sedan Reservations must be cancelled an hour prior to a NYC pick up, two hours prior for the Boroughs, and 3 hours minimum for out an of town pickup, depending on the trip’s distance in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

Specialty vehicles require 24 hour notice prior to originally scheduled pick up time to cancel without penalty. For locations outside the United States, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice from the original pick up time to cancel the reservation. Cancellation numbers are provided at the time of cancellation and must be retained to avoid a late cancellation charge.

** No cancellations will be accepted after 11:00pm for an early morning pick up that will occur the next day. Any cancellations after this time will be charged at full fare.

NO SHOWS

If a passenger fails to notify Alpine Limousine of their inability to be picked up at the appointed time or place (i.e. missed or cancelled flight) the minimum hourly charge for the vehicle will be charged.

AIRPORT GREETERS

Airport greeters are available to meet you and assist you clients with a variety of airport services.

AIRPORT ARRIVALS

Airport meet and greet instructions will vary by Airport. Alpine Limousine’s Chauffeurs are in constant communications with our Dispatchers via two-way radios and smart phones. In the event you have trouble making contact with your Chauffeur, please call us and we will inform you where to specifically meet your Chauffeur. To avoid a No-Show charge, please contact us prior to leaving the specified meeting area. Our state-of-the art computer dispatch system, constantly monitors and updates all arrival and departure flights for our Chauffeurs.

DOMESTIC FLIGHTS

For most domestic airports in the United States, your Chauffeur will meet you in the baggage claim area of your arriving flight. In the event you cannot locate your Chauffeur, please call us and we will assist you in locating your Chauffeur.

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

For most international flights, the designated arrival meeting area is just outside the Customs area. In the event you cannot locate your Chauffeur, please call us and we will assist you in locating your Chauffeur.

PRIVATE AND CORPORATE AIRPORTS

For both arrivals and departures, we will need to be provided the airport name, name of the Fixed Base Operator (FBO), the lead passenger’s name, cell number, the aircraft’s tail number and estimated and reserved departure time.

WAIT TIME

Wait time is calculated and charged in fifteen (15) minute intervals using the vehicles hourly rate.

TRAIN STATIONS AND PIERS

For all arrivals, please contact us and our Dispatch office will assist you locate your Chauffeur.

EXCEPTIONS

Standard Corporate Rates will not apply when booking vehicles for the following events or on the following even dates:

Grammy Awards, MTV Events, VH-1 Events, Academy Awards, American Music Awards, Emmy Awards, Golden Globe, Movie Premieres, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Super Bowl, World Cup, Championship Sporting Events, Boxing Matches, National /International Events, and any other high demand events or dates.

CHANGES AND UPDATES

It is your responsibility to inform our dispatchers of any changes or updates to any reservation. Example: missed a flight, changed flight information or even when your pick up address is changed. Changes and updates must be informed directly to our Dispatch Department.

OUT OF STATE AFFILIATE PARTNER NETWORK

With our network of affiliate partners across the world, we are able to provide you with professional ground transportation in any major city.

Out of state and international reservations require 24 hours to 48 hours in advance for cancellations.

During inclement weather please note our cancelation policy and that all reservations are billed by the hour.

“WHEN ORDERING A VEHICLE BY THE HOUR”

Billing starts from the time the vehicles leave the garage. Using midtown Manhattan as the garage location. There is a minimum of half hour garage time out at the beginning and end of each trip. The half hour applies only to the Manhattan area. Outside of Manhattan area the garage time will increase.

Sedans by the hour are billed at the rate of $55.00 per hour plus additional fees.

SUV’s by the hour are billed at the rate of $75.00 per hour plus additional fees.

Pick ups in NYC require a 3 hour cancelation.

Pick ups out of town require 6 hours in advance cancelation.
